Being my 1st time removing taped extensions I was nervous but this stuff works in less than a minute. Just be sure to wash it. I would keep a spray bottle of soapy water and regular water in another to rinse soap until you can fully wash your hair when you're done. It takes the whole strip of glue right off but felt burning in a spot I didn't wash immediately er go the shampoo and rinse bottles lol.
