Got one of this 5 months ago and for some reason the original battery is no longer charging. Ohh well, at least we can use Makita 18v batteries, right? I mean, it's specified on the product page that we can. So I got this Makita 18v battery and charger pack and guess what: it didn't work. The battery is fully charged, but still this hot glue gun doesn't turn on. Keep away from this brand if you want something that will last for more that a few months or for more than 10 usage times.
